请大神帮忙看下这个样式代码到底有什么问题

最近下了个uc脚本，侧边栏增强，可是跟我之前用的侧边栏样式不兼容，我本着有事先自己解决的精神，研究了下样式代码，删除了一句话，然后果然出来了

可是附加管理器的这个东西却不见了，我每次更新要先关闭这个样式才行


问题肯定出在这段代码上，因为之前没出现过这个问题
