We are only able to consider an unlock for International use for current Sprint customers with active Phone numbers on active Sprint accounts that meet the unlock requirements. To Open a Sprint account you may go into your nearest Sprint store or contact Telesales at :(800) 777-4681 if you are in the US. If not you must be in the US as Sprint is a US services provider only. I do apologies about any inconvenience this may cause, I would recommend returning the device to the seller and getting one already unlocked.
