help!wating online

i*m install a ubuntu version called xbmcbuntu,and i don*t know how to chang the language to chinese,so i only can use englishi don*t know what kind of desktop i*ve used,but it don*t like the unity.and i can*t find the system setting.help me!this is the first problem.
the second problem is when i use command [sudo apt-get upgrade],and then there comes a problem,the xterm shows this:
