SINGAPORE: Singapore actresss Rui En might be known to loathe kissing scenes, but it turns out that she actually loves kissing – as long as it*s babies.
瑞恩不拍吻戏，但实际上她很喜欢亲吻，只要对象是小baby!
The actress showed a different side at a party for Cady, a two-year-old girl who suffers from Brittle Bone Disease. The party was planned by Rui En, fellow actress Chen Liping and the production team of Joy Truck 2, a show which aims to bring joy to the less fortunate in Singapore.
瑞恩在为患有脆骨症的Cady举办的派对上表现出少有的一面。这个派对是由旨在为新加坡不幸的人送去更多快乐的“快乐速递2”栏目组，瑞恩，陈莉萍共同安排举办的。
At the party, it looked like Rui En the "Ice Queen" had melted away, leaving Rui En the the loving aunt in her place. She was seen caressing Cady, playing with her and constantly touching her little hands.

Rui En*s enthusiasm persisted after the party, where she couldn*t stop smiling even when she sat down to chat.
瑞恩坐下来聊天的时候，还难掩笑意，仍能看出她对这次活动的热忱。
“I find them irresistible! I have a thing about kissing babies. They have the best smell in the world. I collect perfumes but I tell you the best smell is the smell from the top of a baby’s head!” gushed Rui En.
“我觉得我看到小baby就情不自禁想去亲他们。从小孩子身上散发的味道，是世上最好闻的味道。我收集香水，但是我告诉你从小孩头顶散发出来的味道才是这个世界上最好闻的味道。”
She went on to reveal that she was roped in to be a Joy Truck 2 ambassador, and had formed a close bond with the tiny girl after meeting her and her family. Cady is a special girl who requires a lot of care from her parents as she is extremely prone to getting painful bone fractures due to her condition, Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3, a serious form of Brittle Bone Disease, said Rui En.
她作为第二季快乐速递的快乐大使，在和Cady还有她的家人见面后，就和他们建立了很亲密的关系。Cady是特别需要父母多加照看的孩子，因为她的骨头比较容易断裂，她患有Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3，是脆骨症的一种。
While Cady has probably been in and out of hospital more times in her two years than most people have in two decades, the girl continued to be able to smile, and appeared especially happy when she was playing with a colourful toy house Rui En had bought for her.
Cady虽然只有两岁，但进出医院的次数比成年人还多。这位小女孩依然保持微笑，在玩瑞恩给她买的色彩各异的玩具时，也表现得特别开心快乐。
“I really wanted to buy something for her and I was completely befuddled at the toy store. This is the first time I had to buy a present for a baby! In the end I just went with my gut instinct. Fortunately, it seems like she likes the house,” said the actress fondly, pausing for a moment to steal a quick glance at Cady, before pointing out that her time with the child had made her reflect on her own life.
“我真的很想给她买点东西，但是我在玩具店完全不知道买什么。这是我第一次要给小baby选礼物。最后我就凭直觉买了。幸好她看上去也喜欢那个小房子。”她停了停，转眼看了一下Cady。然后说和Cady相处的这段时光让她联想到自己的生活。
“I think all of us are just so good at complaining, we’re so good at scolding people, taking part in witchhunts online, but really, here we have people that are dealing with life and death problems," she said. "Problems that, when you look at it, make everything else look so trivial. It may sound like a cliche, but it’s true.”
我觉得我们都太喜欢抱怨了，我们总是责备别人，但其实我们身边还有很多人，他们要面对的是生死问题。当你要面对这样的问题时，其他一切问题都显得渺小。听起来像陈词滥调，但事实如此。

Rui En added that she hopes to be more like Cady and adopt a *childlike* attitude in the future by not dwelling on her problems, but instead by looking on the bright side.
瑞恩希望自己能像Cady那样，以“孩童式”的态度来对待今后的生活。不要总是纠结在各种问题上，而是要看到它积极光明的一面。
“When children are in pain, they cry. But when they get distracted by something else, they stop crying. Adults make things more difficult for themselves by being too conscious of their difficulties,” said Rui En. "I’ll try to be more *childlike* next time, though I know it’s easier said than done.”
小孩子疼，就会哭。但是当他们被别的事物转移注意力，他们就不会哭。成年人都下意识的把困难复杂化，我下次要用“孩童式”的态度来出来问题，虽然我知道做比说难。
