各位师傅好,本人在国外学习制冷,前几天老外给我布置一道案例分析题,因为还没毕业缺乏实际工作经验,琢磨了半天暂时没啥头绪,想听听各位专家的意见,谢谢!
案例分析
You are working as a HVAC service technician in a HVAC company _ AC LTD.
One day, your company got a service call from a manufacturing company
(XYZ) with a major PVC extrusion production line. The client reported that the
chilled water cooling system would shut down (refrigeration compressor
stopped working) all of a sudden during the normal operation of their PVC
production line. The cooling system could be started up normally half hour
later, but it would have caused huge damage every time the compressor
stopped working. Because the line had to be stopped, and PVC material in the
extrusion line would be jammed in the mounding after that happens.
某客户反映该公司PVC塑管生产线上的冷水机出问题了。故障描述为:压缩机启动后一切正常,但不久(有时半小时,有时一个多小时)就会突然停止工作,停机后过段时间后又自行启动。因为冷冻水是用来降低塑管温度以便尽快成形的,如果压缩机故障,停止供应冷冻水,那么PVC塑管容易变形打弯以至于次品报废。
Your supervisor has also given you following information:
1. The production line is served by a commercial chilled-water system with
a single compressor of 25 tons cooling capacity;
2. It is reciprocating type compressor with R-134a refrigerant;
3. It has a flooded evaporator to supply 45°F cooling water with ΔT of 10°F
to cool the PVC production line; (55°F Return from production line,
chilled water is in a closed loop)
4. Condenser is an open-loop water system; with 85°F cooled-water coming
from the cooling tower; and 95°F water from the water-cooled
condenser.
The Compressor would shut-down suddenly after starting of
the production line (sometimes 30 min.; 1 hour, sometime
several hours after starting up)
现在作为制冷技师,出发前老板交代以下几点:
1)该生产线使用的是商业冷水机组,单压缩机,25冷吨制冷量(美吨)。
2)压缩机类型是往复式(活塞式),使用R134a作为冷媒。
3)满液式蒸发器,冷冻水封闭循环。设计标准为入口端水温华氏55度,出口端水温华氏45度,温差10度。
4)冷凝器,冷却水开放式且配有冷却水塔。设计标准为冷凝器入口端水温华氏85度,出口端水温华氏95度。
