Blackout haven't appear in years since they met Ella the harpy,
Hazel's life back in 1940s wasn't that successful, she was happy with Sammy, then her father appears, her mother took her to Alaska and she was dead.
The blackout always reminded her of her pasted sadness and those months she spent in the Underworld until Nico di Angelo brought her back to live.
She hates them and her own failure.
But she just can't forget. Every time when she sees Leo, Sammy' s name appears at the next second. She starts dating Frank, which should be the first thing she would have to do with Sammy. Whenever she rides Arion, she starts thinking of riding with him, chasing the Wild Arion, and Sammy shouted "Am I that ugly?"
The fire is burning in the fireplace behind her. Hazel sits in the sofa, with hot chocolate in her hands. She is quiet satisfied with this little house which belongs to Frank. She likes the warm felling from wood, the sunshine shines above her.
Her friends come to visit then often. They are the only couple that haven't get married, except Leo and Nico. As the door open, Frank walks in, Hazel can see Arion runing throught the field.
After Frank, a boy comes after him, holding hands with a girl.
Leo comes.
