1. What exactly do you get this error message?
2. Did you make any changes to the computer recently?
Step 1: I would suggest you to boot the computer into safe mode and see if the issue persist.
Start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: If the issue is fixed in safe mode, then perform clean boot and remove the program thatis causing the issue.
