A hopeful look came in,
Just before my next step.
Thy bony brown body
And never moved arm
Whom art thou waiting for—
So eagerly; Forgotten the precipitous cliff?
My loved one
Gone out for a better place to live.
When would thou go back
To our tiny thatched-cabin?
Dusty my clothes may look
The silk kept emerald green
Thou just stand here waiting,
Regardless of the hurtful rain.
Even Merciless North Wind come
Cannot change thy ever-lasting green…
That’s him! In the throng pushing forward
With their pious step
Our Grandma kept her promise
To bring him back safe.
A hopeful look came in,
Just before my next step.
Thy bony brown body
And never moved arm
Whom art thou waiting for—
So eagerly; Forgotten the precipitous cliff?
My loved one
Gone out for a better place to live.
When would thou go back
To our tiny thatched-cabin?
Dusty my clothes may look
The silk kept emerald green
Thou just stand here waiting,
Regardless of the hurtful rain.
Even Merciless North Wind come
Cannot change thy ever-lasting green…
That’s him! In the throng pushing forward
With their pious step
Our Grandma kept her promise
To bring him back safe.
