Slip and scythe your way across the killing fields with the new ZT Reaper, redesigned for 2014. Still a 4-foot instrument of death and even more like a mini Japanese naginata, the new Reaper has been streamlined and slimmed, shaving a full pound off the original’s weight and adding a couple inches to the blade length. The Reaper’s hybrid design, half sword, half polearm, offers a variety of combat options: a crosscheck with the shaft, a two-handed draw cut, a butt-end punch, and a big ax-like chop, as well as having the length to keep the bastards at a comfortable distance, and a nasty tanto tip for a decidedly uncomfortable stab.
