      We saw videos of higher Tiers on PTS andit seems that the issue with Pixel Hunting is not quite yet fixed. Will that beremedied?
      Armor protection is being worked on andthere will be sufficient weak spots on all vehicles. Unfortunately, many ofTier 7 and higher MBTs were not fine-tuned and testers may have got the wrongimpression on how high Tier vehicles should play.

      我们正在调整车辆的伤害模型保证大家都有足够多的弱点。然而很多7级和高级车的工作还没做完,因此参与测试的玩家可能会对高级车的玩法有一些错误的印象

        Some of the previous plans counted oncommander cupolas taking 100 percent damage and acting as weakspots. What arethe plans for that?
        We are currently making cupolas thickerthan reality on many vehicles, which means that cupola bounces are definitelyhappening. Another thing is that the cupola on many vehicles has been reducedto hitting a small area on it to actually do damage as the vision blocks arenot a viable area to damage. Tanks already have a huge advantage in armor –eliminating one more weakspot isn't the best idea for a mechanic as thisweakspot is not the main target spot to shoot at (it's much smaller thanshooting at a lower front plate for example). If needed, we can fine-tune thecupola further by reducing armor-piercing ammo damage to simulate pass-throughand have explosive and HEAT ammo be more effective when firing at cupolas.
        之前的一些的计划提到把车长观察塔做成了满伤弱点,这是怎么回事呢?
        我们现在准备把车长观察塔加厚一点而不是把他们做的和真实世界一样,这就意味着向观察塔射击打不穿的现象是绝对会发生的。另外很多车的观察塔已经把伤害模块减小到了极小,直观瞄准的时候不会把观察塔认为是一个可以击穿的造成伤害的地方。MBT们已经在装甲上有了巨大的优势,再多一个弱点对现有机制并没有多大益处。这个弱点并不是游戏中主要瞄准的地方。如果有需要的话我们准备微调一下穿甲弹射击观察塔的伤害,并提高化学弹对观察塔的伤害。

          Spotting mechanics on PTS looked wonky,are there any plans to change them?
          We have updated the spotting mechanics sothat there is much better vision play than in the current PTS build. Commanderabilities that modify camouflage values are important for scouting vehicles. Wewill further fine tune vision and camouflage mechanics until they are right.Some mechanics will be removed – for example, keeping the in-between step whereyou see an enemy tank model when fired upon without silhouette and marker isnot good so it's something we have to get rid of.
          PTS的点亮机制有点不靠谱呀,你们有没有计划再改改他们?
          我们已经改进了点亮机制,让他比现阶段的PTS的机制更好一点。车长的技能是对眼车的隐蔽系数的一个重要的影响方面。我们准备将视野和隐蔽系统再调调直到我们满意为止,一些机制被移除了,比如在中远距离虽然点不亮敌人但是敌人开火会显出模型来的这个机制就被移除了,我们觉得只看到模型而没有标记有些难受。

            Can you tell us about the role ofAutocannons in Balance 2.0?
            In Balance 2.0, autocannons can onlypenetrate lighter vehicles and the rear parts of all MBTs, which is intended.We are, however, looking at increasing some damage and ammo count to makeautocannons a bit more viable and fun than they are on the current PTS build.
            能不能谈谈机关炮在平衡2.0的真正角色是啥?
            在平衡2.0中,机关炮只能击穿轻型扯脸,和MBT的菊花。我们正在考虑是不是要给机关炮提高一点伤害和弹药量,让机关炮玩法比现在PTS的玩法更有趣一点

                  Yes, there are a number of differencesbetween classes in Balance 2.0:

                    · Light Tanks do not lose camouflage on the move now
                    · Spotting AFVs lose camouflage slowly on the move and geta 30 meter spotting range bonus when standing still
                    · Tank Destroyers get the highest accuracy, the least amountof camouflage loss when firing and a 20x zoom compared to other vehicles (tank12x zoom others 15x zoom)
                    · The Self-Propelled Gun class (now converted into heavyTank Destroyers) will get higher damage per caliber compared to all othervehicles
                    · SPGs will also get good camouflage firing modifiers likeTDs and very strong HE ammo
                    · ATGM Tank Destroyers get good camouflage factors and highdamage per shot. Additionally, firing does not make them lose as muchcamouflage as some other vehicles
                    · LT移动不掉隐蔽
                    · 眼车类的AFV在移动过程中比其他车辆隐蔽值掉的更低,同时车辆停止时有30m的视野加成
                    · TD会得到最好的火炮精度,和最小的开火惩罚,同时有20倍的放大瞄准(MBT是12倍,其他15倍)
                    · SPG(现在变成了重型TD)会得到最大的口径伤害
                    · SPG的开火惩罚同样很低,并且有很强大的HE弹
                    · ATGM类TD会得到更好的隐蔽效果,和高伤,另外,开火惩罚和其他车相比要稍小一些

                        Many of the spotting class vehicles getthe targeting ability. At higher Tiers, spotting vehicles unlock equipment thatlets them see better through bushes. Higher Tiers also get spall liners, APS,an extra equipment slot and other abilities. For the future, we are looking atmore interesting abilities after Balance 2.0, including things such as laploading, updated ready rack mechanics and many others.
                        眼车会得到标记技能,高级眼车可以解锁一些装备让他们能更好的看到蹲在草后的敌人,高级车同时还有防崩落内衬,APS和额外的配件槽以及其他的技能,另外我们准备在平衡2.0中加入更多更有趣的技能,比如LAP LOADING和升级READY RACK机制以及其他的东西
                        LAP LOADING:指在装填中装填手在装好一发后再抱着一发弹准备好,在上一发弹打完后快速装弹
                        READY RACK:豹二坦克中的尾舱弹药架,由于豹二在车体里还有一些弹药,所以在打完炮塔尾部的弹药之后要把炮塔转到右后把车体的弹药挪过来才能开火。。
