The error is coming from the fact that the Importer cannot create the shaders. You can solve this by applying more shaders with the same texture on a smaller number of faces (the limit is 20000). We attached a capture for exemplification purpose.
The Problem with your model seems to be the hair, where there are 62655 faces with only one shader.
In regards of material naming, these will have to follow the conventions stated in the Documentation material available.
