Position 1 : Concept phase 1 ：概念阶段The concept phase consists of the following activities: 本阶段包括下列事项：• Inspection and review of the Safety Plan and Verification and Validation Plan (V&V Plan) forcompliance with the requirements of IEC 61508 and IEC 61513依据 IEC 61508 及 IEC61513的要求， 针对安全计划和 V&V 计划进行检验和审核• Inspection and review of the functional and safety related specification of the product针对产品的功能和安全相关的需求规范进行检验和审核• Assessment of the planned measures to avoid faults (QM) during the various phases of theproduct life cycle, especially during the development process对计划的措施进行评估， 以避免在产品生命周期各阶段， 尤其是开发阶段中可能出现的失效• Inspection and assessment of the planned measures for the detection and control of faults(diagnostic measures)对计划的措施进行检查和评估， 以发现和控制失效（诊断措施）• Inspection of an FMEA on structural level基千架构进行 FMEA 检查• Definition, agreement of requirements for Electrical Safety电气安全要求的定义和协定• Definition, agreement of requirements for environmental test, incl. Position 2: Main approval 2：主检阶段 The main approval phase consists mainly of the following steps: 主要认可阶段主要包含以下步骤：• Test of all safety related functions, analysis of the functionality针对安全相关的所有功能进行测试， 分析其功能性• Test and verification of the measures for the detection and control of faults in HW and SW C Ifincluded software)测试和验证用千检测和控制软件及硬件失效的措施（如果有软件）• Review of the FMEA for subsystems针对子系统进行 FMEA 评审• Inspection of the SW-verification tests (module, integration and system tests) performed by themanufacturer C If included software)针对制造商进行的软件验证测试进行检查（测试包括模块、 集成和系统测试）－如有软件• Assessment of the applied measures for the avoidance of faults (QM) during the product lifecycle, especially during the development process (check lists)评估在产品生命周期中应用避免失效的措施（质晕管理体系）， 特别是研发过程中可能出现的失效（检查表）• Inspection and assessment of the product documentation compiled during the various phases ofthe development cycle针对产品研发周期各阶段的产品文档进行检查和评估• Test of the electrical safety/ equipment电气安全／设备的测试• Inspection and review of the reports on the environmental tests, incl.
