服务器安装oracle 12C卡主

检查一下 windows server 中的 “Server”服务 是否开启，开启应该能进入安装页面

我遇到的问题现象一样不过问题和解决方法是,
本机开启了ipv6 localhost拿到的ip是ip v6的所以会认为是不同的ip，解决方法是降低ipv6优先级，ping localhost能拿到ipv4的127.0.0.1就解决了

已解决：查看C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\InstallActions2022-01-26_05-29-29PM 中的log日志，会有这个问题：Checking whether the IP address of the localhost could be determined...需要手动禁用所有网卡，就可以离线安装，安装后正常运行
