主要调整内容是 zvz的调整
近战武器 跟远程武器的 伤害平衡
任性穿透系统跟集火增伤系统 重做

    1: 近战武器的 集火防御 从50指数下降到40
    对比之前版本实际影响就是:
    Melee Resilience Curve Factor: 50 -> 40
    受到3人攻击。加防减少5.37%防御
    10人 加防减少 14,62%
    80%的减伤 之前是15人就能达到 现在变成18人

              低级药水削弱,中等加强,高级强度保持不变.
              回蓝药水: 增加一部分瞬间回蓝 以及短时间的 cd 减少buff
              Split the Energy gain into an instant Energy Restore (64%) and the remaining 36% will be restored over 7s.
              Now also increases cooldown rate for 7s by 9% (T2) and up to 30% (T6.3)
              粘性药水 增加范围 但是15m周围 新的粘性会取消掉其余的粘性
              Sticky Potions
              Area Radius: 3m -> 3.5m
              Now removes other Sticky Pot areas in a 15m radius
              毒药:
              距离回调11m
              对无坐骑玩家 施加 减速
              持续时间上调
              伤害不受增伤影响
              去掉了破甲效果
              Cast Range: 9m -> 11m
              A poisoned enemy is now slowed for 0.2s everytime the target takes damage (does not work on mounted players)
              Poison Duration: 3s -> 4s
              Tick Rate: 0.75s -> 0.5s
              Damage is no longer affected by ability power
              Doesn’t reduce resistances anymore
