Salman Khan need not be a part of all my films: Arbaaz
Together, Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan have given hits like ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Dabangg 2’. When it comes to action, the two are a power-packed duo! However, Arbaaz was recently heard saying that just because the superstar is his brother, he need not be in all his films.
Arbaaz also confessed that he has waited for his elder brother to be free and give him dates.
“With Salman, you need to have a one-two year wait to see if he is available to do the film. But once he comes on board, it’s obviously easy to work with him. We connect well and know what the other one wants. And it is not like you don’t go through your share of arguments but you work a way around it,” Arbaaz said in an interview with Hindustan Times.
“It is so stupid. Just because he is my brother does not mean that he has to be in every film of mine. It is not like he is hired by his family. There are subjects which don’t require him. I don’t want to misuse him or waste him in such a film. I don’t want to tell him ki bhai ek scene ke liye aa jao,” he added.
On the work front, Arbaaz’s last production venture was the Sonam Kapoor-starrer ‘Dolly Ki Doli’, which failed to click at the box-office. Salman is currently shooting for Kabir Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ in Rajasthan.
